When will my order arrive?
Orders ship within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary based on location. The print and frame may arrive separately in two different packages.
What is your Return Policy?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Simply return the product to us undamaged within 30 days of shipping date. Make a note in the package your full name and order number, and email tracking information to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive the print and/or frame undamaged, we will issue a full refund. *We do not provide pre-paid shipping packages or labels to send products back to us. Customer is responsible for return shipment costs.*

Can I become an artist on BIG?
If you are interested in becoming a BIG Artist, please send a link to a digital portfolio or social media handle to email@example.com. Our team will review all submissions and contact you if we feel your artwork would make a great addition to the site.
How do I hang my frame?
Each order comes with hanging hardware specific to the frame selected. Screws and anchors are not included. Command strips and other adhesive stips will work if weight restrictions are observed. BIG Wall Décor is not responsible for frames damaged due to incorrect hanging hardware.
Does all of the artwork light up?
All of our artwork is able to be printed for a lit option, however, only our lightboxes illuminate the artwork from behind using LED technology. The lightbox option is selectable for each artwork under the “Product” drop down menu.
